These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the Rino internal portal (the "Portal"). The Portal is a company tool for Rino team members and contractors. By signing in you confirm that you are an authorized user and agree to these Terms. If you are not an authorized user, do not attempt to access the Portal.
1. Authorized access
Accounts are provisioned by the administrators; there is no public sign-up. Access is granted for work purposes only and is tied to your engagement with Rino. Keep your Google account credentials secure, do not share your session with anyone, and report suspected unauthorized use immediately to care@rino-app.com.
2. What the Portal is
The Portal is an internal tool for managing the company's Facebook advertising: it mirrors company ad accounts and lets authorized users review campaigns, stage creatives, and push changes via Meta's official Marketing API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. All Meta trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Portal you agree not to:
- Access it, or attempt to access it, without an account provisioned by the administrators.
- Connect or manage ad accounts you are not authorized by the company to manage.
- Run advertising campaigns that violate applicable law or Meta's Advertising Standards.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Portal or its network without an explicit engagement from the administrators.
- Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
- Extract access tokens, credentials, or bulk data from the Portal for use outside company systems.
4. Company data & confidentiality
Everything inside the Portal — ad account data, campaign performance, creatives, tokens, and logs — is company confidential information. Handle it under your employment or contractor agreement: do not share it outside the company or copy it to personal accounts or devices. Creatives and other materials you upload for campaigns must be assets the company has the rights to use.
5. Monitoring
The Portal is a company system. Sign-ins, API calls, campaign changes, and uploads are logged and may be reviewed by the administrators for security, compliance, and operational purposes.
6. Third-party services
The Portal connects to Meta's Marketing API and Google's authentication APIs. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, including Meta's Platform Terms and Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes from those providers.
7. No warranty
The Portal is an internal tool provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, taken offline for maintenance, or discontinued at any time without notice.
8. Suspension & termination of access
The administrators may suspend or revoke access at any time — including at offboarding, on suspicion of unauthorized use, or when required for security reasons. Obligations regarding confidentiality survive the termination of access.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be announced to the team. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
